Systems programming usingVisual Studio, C#, ASP.Net, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, and MS SQLServer.
Design and code solutions basedon team input using specified programming languages, tools, and techniques
Deliver unit-tested systems ina timely fashion that meet requirements.
Work with team to definedetailed solutions for specific requirements.
Provide analysis for technicalsolutions based on requirements.
Provide consultative serviceson technical issues to clients and internal project teams.
Participate in development ofsystem test plans.
Troubleshoot technicalissues.
Keep abreast of latestdevelopments regarding effective procedures, methods, and tools insoftware development and testing.
People
Work closely with scrum teammembers in a partnership to deliver the best results to the client.
Demonstrate natural ease andeffectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
Assist team members in whateverway necessary to reach successful completion of the tasks athand
Clients
Communicate effectively withproduct owner and project teams to ensure solutions are complete andclearly communicated to the Health and Pension practice.
Ensure thorough understanding ofsystem functionality requirements prior to beginning development byprobing for additional information as needed.
Be available and responsive tosystem issues.
Improve team performance bymanaging the identification and documentation of project scope changes.
Financial
Work with the team to monitorprogress against all sprint deliverables and development daily plans tocomplete the work.
Manage and set personalcapacity to the scrum team.
Monitor estimation process andwork delivery to determine opportunities for improvement in planning andgrooming meeting.
The Requirements:
5-8 years development experience in Visual Studio, MS SQL Server,Microsoft .Net, (especially C#, ASP.Net and MVC). Relevant client-serverdevelopment experience.
Degree(Associates or Bachelors) in computer science, management informationsystems or related area
Strong mathematical and data modelling skills
Stronganalytical and problem solving skills.
Able to translate complex business requirements andmodels into efficient, scalable and maintainable C# solutions
An understanding of and ability to apply commonsoftware design and architectural patterns
