Job Description:
-To ensure the attainment of territory's sales, distribution, strike rate, merchandising, and collection objectives within set standards. Ensure optimum field sales performance through regular coaching.
-Achievement of sell-out, reach, distribution, strike rate and market hygiene targets.
-Achievement of business plans based on set strategies (territory development)
-Consistent application of standards and policies in assigned territory (territory Development)
-Flawless Execution of monthly Cycle Plans
-Management of Accounts Receivables
-Effective Execution, reportage, feedback & communication to Distributor Leadership Team
