§ Attend tool box/ staff meeting
§ Monitor all equipment and facility
§ Attend on call request, concern and repairs
§ Ensure that all equipment system operation meets the desire parameters.
§ Conduct basic regular preventive maintenance and monitoring of equipment such as but not limited to, pumps, motor, generator set, air-conditioning system. Fire detection and alarm system (FDAS), CCTV, electrical system and gym equipment.
§ Ensure that the recommended preventive maintenance program is strictly followed.
§ Assist in conducting the preventive maintenance of the equipment by the 3rd party contractors.
§ Accomplish daily equipment and facility monitoring forms/checklist
§ Conduct electric and water meter readings.
§ Submit weekly/ monthly summary report of activities
§ Maintenance a written record of the maintenance being undertaken
§ Keep work area clean and tidy all the time
§ Inform the Maintenance Supervisor for any repair and improvement that needs to be carried out
§ Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
§ Monitor sanitary and plumbing system of the property (pumps and motors- cold water line, pool and lagoon, cistern tank, irrigation system, valves strainers, restroom/bath house fixtures)
§ Conduct regular preventive maintenance of equipment (pump, valves, strainers, restroom, etc.)
§ Repainting and repair of old and dilapidated walls, doors, ceiling, tiles and roads.
§ Graduate of any vocational or technical related course or its equivalent experience.
§ With least two-years related work experience in Building Maintenance.
§ Submit weekly/ monthly report activities
§ Update all equipment monitoring forms /checklist
§ Keep work area and machine rooms clean and dry all the time
