Multimedia Specialist (Video)

Job Description:
KEY OBJECTIVE:

To produce high-quality video content and provide video production expertise for all

Edukasyon.ph channels.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Pitches ideas through regular brainstorming sessions with the Content and Community

Engagement team

2. Directs, shoots, and edits high quality video content such as editorial videos, social media

posts, motion graphic videos, event collaterals, and other formats

3. Researches and learns new techniques in video content creation, especially in production

and post-production

4. Ensures visual content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style and quality

5. Manages and stores multimedia assets
Minimum Qualifications:
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 3-5 years experience in a related field or role

2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools, especially Photoshop, Illustrator,

Premiere Pro, and After Effects

3. Expert knowledge in end-to-end video production, including the latest cinematography and

post-production techniques

4. Highly creative, efficient with time and resources, and can balance client feedback with

editorial oversight

5. Passionate about education

6. Team player, detail-oriented, fast learner, and has a strong sense of responsibility

7. Background in a production house setting. Experience in advertising, media, or marketing is

a plus

8. Must have a demo reel and/or portfolio


ORGANIZATIONAL SET UP:

Works primarily with Multimedia Specialists and Content Specialists

Directly reports to the Multimedia Director
