Multimedia Production Manager

Job Description:
Directly lead and oversee the newsletter team, video team, and designers, providing clear and concise creative feedback, technical knowledge and techniques, and professional development, Plan, schedule, and manage the assignments and daily workflow of the video and graphics team to ensure the timely, high quality delivery, Be able and willing to personally take on editing and motion graphics projects as needed, Collaborate with foreign creative teams and project managers on the development of new projects and proposals. Identify best in class examples, providing benchmarks and inspiration for new work, Assist in establishing and documenting workflows, creative standards, and processes as well as technical guidelines for the videos and graphics team, Work closely with various departments and foreign counterparts to discuss concepts and brainstorm project briefs, Drive accountability by identifying issues that could adversely affect projects quality, delivery deadlines, or budgets. Generate tracking documents and output reports on an ongoing basis, Oversee the management of shared storage workspaces, project setup, asset management, network resources, and deliverables tracking. Curate the team’s archive and content library, including project, shoot files, and related assets, Coordinate development of landing pages, EDM, electronic newsletters, and localization and editing of digital assets (PSDs, videos, banners…), Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, marketing campaigns, or other similar offline graphics, Build strong relationships with development, project management, sales, quality assurance and other production teams both in the Philippines and overseas, manage their expectations and explain their concerns and needs when appropriate. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any course related to Art/Design/Multimedia, or the equivalent, Proficient with Adobe Premiere and After Effects, A strong portfolio of illustrations, videos or other creative works, More than 5 years of professional experience, with significant managing experience, Highly independent and has a systematic approach to work, Proficiency in project coordination, planning and organizational skills, Excellent analytical skills, allowing the ability to translate requirements into action plans, Experience in web marketing/web design with a background in HTML, FTP, and web design principles, Strong consistency and attention to detail, Ability to function in a global team environment, Open to multicultural work environment, Creativeness and flexibility, Team player with good interpersonal skills, Portfolio of creative and technical work or other references is a plus.
