Duties and Responsibilities of Japanese Bilingual Analyst:

TheJapanese Bilingual Analystwill be responsible in processing accounts payable transactions. Tasks and responsibilities may include:

Invoice processing, time and expense, payments and vendor data type of transactions
Acting as knowledge recipient and subject matter expert for accounts payable processes
Assisting in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues
Assessing and resolving non-standard and standard issues within the processes
Relating to management teams and escalating issues beyond the normal scope
Supervising or coordinating with a small team to deliver project requirements
Coaching inexperienced team members and providing simpler solutions to procedures or work methods
Performing other tasks within the procure-to-pay processes

Duties and Responsibilities of Mandarin Bilingual, Thai Bilingual and Korean Bilingual Analysts:

Responsible for the delivery of end to end reactive support, including healthy reactive case progression. Resources aligned directly to customer accounts / Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and own escalation handling, reporting, trending, and customer communications. Some customization may be required to help tailor the experience for each customer. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Ongoing oversight of reactive cases

Regular case reviews of reactive cases owned by internal support organizations to assess health and status
Partnership with account TAM on high-risk escalations and to gather/analyze information as needed to support the customer
Situational awareness & tracking
Proactive risk mitigation
Administrative casework

Driving cases to a healthy state

Communication with internal resources for case updates and action requests
Direct communication with customers to promote case progress where necessary
Assisting to set the proper expectations with customers for support
Facilitation of meetings between customers and internal support organizations to expedite actions plans and progress

Reporting

Customer facing reports
Produce regular reports on case health metrics and status to be delivered to customers
Participate in and prepare content for regular customer meetings

Duties and Responsibilities of French Bilingual Analyst:

Processes transactions of medium to high complexity, demonstrates capability as subject matter expert of the process
Responsible for activities assigned by the Billing /OTC Lead
Creates and maintains Billing Documents such as, but not limited to Manual Billing, Billing Due List Processing, Billing Number Ranges, Collective Billing, Invoice Combination, Intercompany Billing, Retro Billing, Proforma Billing, Billing Texts, and Invoice Lists
Assists in managing billing blocks such as release of blocked documents to Accounting
Executes billing reports
Generates billing and repeat outputs
Performs tasks within agreed KPIs and SLAs
Accurate, efficient and organized within daily responsibilities
Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team
Escalates production issues to his/her team leader as appropriate.
Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to

Duties and Responsibilities of Spanish Bilingual Analyst:

Understand Client Policies and Guidelines
Make decisions according to the defined Policies and Procedures
Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions
Pursues collection and resolution of past due customer accounts
Review A/R aging report to determine status of collections and follows up on assigned past due accounts
Researches, analyzes, documents, and forward customer disputed items to the appropriate department, maintains follow-up until final resolution is achieved
Prepares status report of customer accounts with past due balances
Documents and initiates offsets and write-offs to be processed
Documents and processes customer refund request of credit balances
Resolves account discrepancies and short payments
Make timely recommendations of corrective action to be taken to resolve delinquency
Recommends delinquent accounts for write-off or to be placed with outside collection agency for collection

Duties and Responsibilities of Bahasa Indonesian Bilingual Analyst:

Perform data entry and research in various systems and tracking tools.
Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing and resolving issues/problems.
Assess and resolve non-standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside the scope of the work.
Responsible for processing all pre-coded invoices in the Accounts Payable system on behalf of the client from basic to complex transactions. This includes timely processing of PO/non PO invoices, includes debit/credit notes and affiliate invoices.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her team lead from time to time.
Manage and communicate client concerns in local Bahasa language.
Translate documents/invoices from Bahasa language to English as needed.

Bachelor's degree holder
Must be fluent in writing and speaking Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Spanish, Thai, French or Bahasa Indonesia Language
Must also be fluent in English Language
Must have at least 1 year of work experience using the language
For Japanese Bilingual role, candidate must have JLPT N1, N2 or N3 certificate
Must be amenable to work in Cubao, Eastwood, Mandaluyong, and other possible Accenture sites in Metro Manila
