JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage the D365 Delivery team within the Delivery workforce.
Collaborate with the Workforce Management Head in conducting resource and capacity planning, forecasting manpower requirements and scheduling existing resources to projects.
Work with the Delivery and Customer Experience Head to identify skills and competencies necessary to enable the Delivery resources to provide excellent performance.
Ensure the continuous development of skills and competencies with the team.
Align with Human Capital Management to develop and implement training and performance management programs
Act as subject matter expert for D365, review all work for quality, accuracy and adherence to the project requirements
Maintain and sustain technical and business expertise on assigned capability team, and ensure that applied technologies and best practices are kept up-to date with industry trends.
May be assigned to a project as a senior resource.
Assist in conducting presales activities as needed
Identify and monitor individual and team KPIs.
Accomplish delivery human resource objectives of: - Recruiting and selecting resources - Training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees - Communicating job expectations to the Delivery Team.
Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions of assigned team.
Enforce policies and procedures within the team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
University degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Management, Computer Science, Information Science or a comparable education
Years of relevant service delivery, IT operations and / or managing consultant employment
7+ Years in MS AX 2012/D365 F&O
At least 5 years of ERP project management and / or support delivery experience – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX preferably
Experience with Microsoft SureStep methodology or similar software implementation methodology
Experience in IT Operations, either client or partner side
Excellent communication skills and creative in solving problems
Structured way of working, strong analytical skill and proactive
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
