Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least High School Diploma.
The job requires Male applicants only
Minimum of 4 years working experience is required for this position.

Job Objective:
To monitor daily production activities to ensure smooth production operations
To achieveQuality ObjectiveonOQC Lot Acceptance For Moulding

Job Description:
Fully In-charge moulding activities of particular shift
To manage and control manpower planning
To ensure the production running as per target set
To settle every issue arise from mould breakdown, material & packaging & qualify
Closely monitoring of the moulding daily performance such as Moulding Daily/Weekly/Monthly Output Report
To perform and control Moulding Cost Saving

Job Conditions:
Hot factory environment
long standing hours
Noisy surroundings
Work shift duties, either day or night

Reports produced
Daily production report
Weekly performance
Weekly Top Three Defects

Critical Success Factors
Able to work for long hours
Able to work independently and under minimum supervision
Able to lead the team in the absence of the Department Head
