We are hiring Mortgage Specialists.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
The Mortgage Specialists will be trained in performing specific business tasks of a US company engaged in housing loans (mortgage).
You will most likely be working during US business hours.
Agents will read, extract, and use data from provided documents such as hazard insurance, preliminary title, payoff statements, and other pertinent mortgage loan documents.
**Qualifications**:
2-year college degree, plus 2 or more years of work experience.
4-year college degree (or higher), plus1 or more years of work experience.
**Highly desired but not required**:
Any work experience in the BPO industry.Experience and knowledge of US mortgage documents and the US mortgage process.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Davao: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- any work: 1 year (preferred)
