·Interfacing with clients and mortgage brokers in California thru calls and emails to collect the basic information needed to start mortgage application·Interfacing with escrow companies, real estate agents and developers in California to collect documentation needed to submit a mortgage application to a bank·Bachelor's Degree (Degree related to Real Estate or Mass Communication an advantage, but not required.)· Excellent in verbal and written English· Exceptional Interpersonal and Customer Service skills· High attention to detail and organizational skills· Willing to work night shift, on a fixed schedule· Experience in mortgage processing a significant advantage
