Mortgage Loan Processor

Description:
We are looking for an energetic, motivated and experienced professional to process and complete mortgage loan files. If you have BPO experience in the Mortgage Processing field we are interested in talking with you. We currently employ an individual who had BPO Mortgage Processing Experience and things are working out great. We need an additional person to add to the team.

To be qualified for this position the candidate must present a resume that demonstrates knowledge with FHA, Conforming, DO, DU and LP submissions. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

-Review all new loan application requests to ensure that all required forms and/or documentation have been provided by the borrower
-Prepare and send out all pertinent regulatory compliance disclosure material and perform required research of verifications
-Review loan packages to insure compliance with investor guidelines and submit them to Underwriting for approval
-Manage loan pipeline and communicate the status of all loans to each principle party involved

Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:

US residential mortgage loan processing experience required
Strong working knowledge of Point, or Byte and DU and LP required.
Proficiency with all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Proven success working in fast-paced, high volume environments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Precise attention to detail
-Advanced Conditions Clearing and moving files to Closing function.

Must have 10 Meg Download and 1 Meg upload internet speed and Static Ip address with reliability, direct ethernet connection, and a backup internet provider.
