Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant is responsible for ensuring the implementation of ME framework of ongoing projects from development to usage and evaluation of ME tools and plans, conduct field work, contribute to developing thematic reports, and consolidate, clean, analyze data to manage internal project databases.
Education:
University degree in Social or Political Science, Development Studies, Statistics, or any related field from an accredited academic institution with three years of professional experience; or
Completed High School degree from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience.
Experience:
Experience in Program Monitoring and Evaluation, project development or project management, and information management is required.
Experience in data analysis and report writing required.
