Job Description:
Train and teach Engineers in the mold department (Currently 11 persons)
To discuss mold specifications with companies (Japanese customers)
Provide guidance on how to process molds for mold repair and modification.
Support for "Zero Burr" activities in molding factories
Qualifications:
Can instruct on how to repair molds, how to process and how to pursue dimensions.(*for plastic injection molding)
Has ability to instruct on die repair/remodeling with general knowledge of die machining processes(*for plastic injection molding)
At least 10 years experience in plastic injection molding
Can operate mold flow analysis software (Siemens)
