We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Mobile Sales Officer.
In this role, you will be: Responsible for the achievement of the sales objectives of the Wealth and Personal Banking team through a consistent achievement of his individual sales goals.
Accountable for contributing to the business growth in and around WPB.
Serves as the primary customer-facing touch point at client calls and is responsible for quality interaction and quality sale.
Responsible for achieving financial and nonfinancial key performance indicators, thereby contributing to the growth of the CREDIT CARDS segment of the retail banking segment.
Assigned to do Fieldwork - which includes being assigned to selected malls and commercial areas for boothing activities.
Acting as the primary customer-facing touch point for client calls.
Adhering to all Legal and Compliance guidelines in line with client handling.
Managing operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Well-developed communication and presentation skills; Must have strong customer orientation with inclination towards sales; Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; Must have strong motivation to succeed/personal drive; Ability to engage and influence others; Ability to spot opportunities for sales and establish a network of potential customers; Ability to identify the financial needs of people and match these with the appropriate products and services; Fresh graduates and undergraduates (with minimum 2 years of Sales-related experience) are welcome to apply!
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
