Mis Manager

Develop and maintain wide knowledge of company’s type of business and technology requirements and needs.
Develop and maintain system plan including operational requirements, budget requirements and schedules
Establish and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.
Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness
Plan and manage software and hardware installations
Encourage and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently.
Coordinate with CIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met.
Plan and manage upgrades of hardware and software systems
Track and monitor security of hardware and software systems.
Assess the old systems or processes and make a recommendation for a new technology solution that will help improve productivity.
Analyse business processes to assess what needs to be done to improve efficiency and effectivity.
Develop a long-term and short-term strategies for the organization.
Coordinate and lead key projects for improvement across all level of the organization.
Monitor project progress if desired result has been achieved.
Coordinate and conduct training and workshops with technical and processes to continually develop organization.
