The Position
The MIS and Reporting Analyst Responsible for the efficient, on-time and accurate submission of management reports to the Wealth Management Head to facilitate effective business decision-making.
We are looking for responsible MIS Analyst for identifying organizational development needs of Wealth Management that may need process improvements and developing recommendations and presenting summary findings to the Wealth Management Head.
Responsibilities
Monitors, validates, and analyzes monthly Management Profitability Report (MPR) and performance reports. Coordinates with Fincon, BID, Asset Management Group, Treasury, Bancassurance and other units of the Bank in relation to this.
Conducts training/briefing to relevant units on project implementation, if needed.
Collates and maintains data from relevant units in order to incorporate them in various reports to be used for decision making.
Prepares and consolidates budget planning materials of WM Head.
Consolidates pipeline reports and primary issuance orders from the WM Team.
Drafts Service Level Agreements (SLAs), memos, and bulletins to ensure complete and timely implementation.
Identifies process improvements to streamline data collection and report generation.
Develops solutions to existing organizational process and leads change strategies that directly impacts client experience in coordination with other units of the Bank.
Develops and uses work aids, such as process descriptions, checklists, templates, and guides to assist users with implementing defined processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree holder, preferably Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Marketing
Must have at least 3 years working experience in the related field
Data story telling skills, excellent analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to generate accurate reports and able to provide relevant and actionable insights
Proficient and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Strategic and planning skills; organizational skills; project management skills; proficient in MS Excel
Mathematical and analytical capabilities; detail-oriented; able to multi-task
