will see you providing support to our continued growth with a focus on our Call Centre team based out of Clark, in the Philippines.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for selling certificates, utilizing the lead sources assigned by the Supervisor.
Ensuring that the sold certificates meet the set qualification criteria and has been made aware of the sales terms and conditions.
Responsible for taking credit card and other PII information in a responsible manner
Responsible for team motivation and encouragement to increase production
Responsible for meeting the hourly allocated targets for sales, as set by the Supervisor.
Responsible for providing quality customer service to our potential clients.
Responsible for looking into team improvement opportunities (lead management etc)
Responsible for following all Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific Policies and Procedures as set by Management.
Responsible for coming to work in a timely manner, according to work schedule.
Responsible for being courteous and respectful to co-workers.
Responsible for meeting production requirements as set by the Phone Room Manager
Ensure that all reasonable directions given with regards to health and safety are followed, to not willfully place at risk the health and safety of yourself or any person in the workplace and to not willfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.
Display innovation through inspiring, creating and improving processes and products.
Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise
Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by management
What are we looking for?
Previous telesales experience preferred however not essential.
Ability to focus attention for extended periods of time
Exceptional telephone manner that is professional, friendly and clear.

Possess a positive, can do attitude with the ability to self motivate.
Ability to learn and use scripts.
Ability to learn objection handling.
