**Description**:

- Provide IT Support for the client in the area of IT Infrastructure.
- Handles service request; resolve simple to complex incident and problem tickets.
*

**Responsibilities**:

- Deploy and maintain Windows Server systems (virtual and physical) and user account
- Maintain the HyperV; VDI; ESX and vCenter servers
- Basic troubleshooting on assigned incident tickets in the areas of Windows Server, Virtual Desktop Infrastricture (VDI)HyperV, ESX, and vCenter servers
- Provide resolutions based on agreed OLA and SLA targets
- Implement timely closure of tickets
- Coordinate with concerned teams, vendors, and/or third-part support as part of operation escalation

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any Computer/IT-related courses
- At least 2 years solid experience in Server Administration
- At least 2 years solid experience in any of these technologies:

- HyperV
- Vmware
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot existing problems
- Good communication skills

**Good to have**:

- Skills in SCCM, WSUS, Citrix

**Salary**: Php42,000.00 - Php64,000.00 per month
