In this role, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining their policy and claims software solution. This includes handling support requests, monitoring system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of their PowerPages portal, PowerBI reports, PowerAutomate workflows, and PowerApps. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure our systems meet security and compliance requirements.
This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home. Be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving issues in PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and PowerPagesMonitor system health and performance, identifying and resolving system inefficiencies or bottlenecks to improve overall performanceImplement security protocols, manage access controls, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations across all PowerPlatform toolsOversee the execution of automated workflows and business rules in PowerAutomate, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiencyDevelop and maintain comprehensive system documentation for workflows, configurations, and processesProvide training to teams and users on best practices for using PowerPlatform toolsWork closely with development and business teams to understand their needs and support ongoing initiatives through the capabilities of the PowerPlatform 3 to5 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft PowerPlatform, including PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and PowerPagesStrong expertise in PowerAutomate and PowerBI to manage workflows, automation, and reporting processesProven experience in workflow management, troubleshooting, and system optimization using PowerPlatform toolsSolid understanding of data security, access control, and compliance protocols in cloud-based environmentsExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issuesGreat verbal & written English communication skillsProven ability to easily explain technical concepts to non-technical teams Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldsCertifications in Microsoft PowerPlatform are a plus Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.
