Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Job Description:
Regularly monitor the Microsoft Dynamics service desk and respond to customer queries and requests in line with internal and external Service Level Agreements Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics implementations and projects Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing Conduct user and administrator training Create and modify documentation for both implementations and support engagements Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain a solid working relationship for both the ERP team and B-EYE Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2 years of working experience in a functional consulting role At least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central With accounting and/or audit experience Experience working with Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and/or other ERP systems is preferred Willing to work Central European hours (2 pm to 11 pm / 3 pm to 12 midnight) and open to shifting schedules Able to participate in multiple projects at once and deliver assigned tasks on time Able to analyze, prioritize and solves problems in a service driven organization Able to work with a multi-cultural team across various time zones for global projects and support engagements Able to speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques. Excellent communication skills and highly proficient in both spoken and written English
