You Will Do:O365 Services
Be able to provide operational and business value examples of using cloud services to automate, streamline or improve operational effectiveness, including:
Using and supporting SharePoint Online
Microsoft Forms
Microsoft Flow
PowerApps and an ability to orchestrate processes for automating standard / manual processes
Provide examples of PowerShell to automate administrative activities
SharePoint Online
Microsoft Teams
Modern Desktop
Be able to demonstrate an understanding of Evergreen computing, including:
Co-Managed Devices
Device Management using InTune
Software delivery and Windows as a Service
Office Deployment
Device Management
Be able to provide knowledge for supporting non Windows OS including:
iOS/Android and MacOS
Understand usage concepts such as BYOD, COPE and how they determine security posture
Using InTune to manage corporate and personal devices
Customer Relationship Management
Proven experience maintaining positive and proactive relationships with a diverse range of customers.
Ensure a high degree of communication and visibility with all customers
Provide appropriate and timely responses for position commitments such as support ticketing and activity reporting
Maintain meaningful records of customer interactions to collect customer requirements and provide feedback for the client team
Quality Systems Maintenance
Be able to demonstrate awareness and comfort in the maintenance of quality processes for IT systems
Produce, maintain and review documentation for the onboarding and provision of support for customers
Maintain and review configuration documentation for customer environments and Landfall solutions
Manage the approval lifecycle for change and implementation of new and existing solutions and products for customers
You Should Have:Proven experience in O365 management having full Global Administrative rights and be able to demonstrative knowledge in administering an O365 tenant and cloud services, including:
Identity Management, ADFS, AzureAD
ATP, Device Security, Threat Protection, DLP, Rights Management, Conditional Access
Security including EMS / Tenant Health / Conditional Access / Security Compliance
Exchange Online / eDiscovery / Mailbox & Resource management
SharePoint Online / OneDrive for Business
Users / Groups / Resources
InTune Management
Skype for Business / PSTN Calling / Teams VoIP & conferencing
Hybrid / Migration Experience
Be able to demonstrate experiences with Hybrid environments and migration activities, including:
AD Connect / AD administration / ADFS
Exchange Hybrid and Calendar interoperability
Skype / LYNC
SharePoint & Data Migration and Toolsets used to migrate to SharePoint Online / OneDrive for Business
