Responsible for maximizing growth and SME acquisition.
You will utilize inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities, manage customers throughout the entire acquisition process, and collaborate with team members in marketing, product, and operations to cover all customer needs.
- Generate revenue by directly identifying and addressing SME financial needs.
Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Manage customer relationships and support them in their requirements
- Collaborate and partner with Marketing.
Assist in seeking out and qualifying new opportunities in adjacent markets.
- Conduct presentations and demos during customer meetings in person or via web and/or conference call.
- Maintain and update Customer Database.
- Possess a full understanding of clients' specific decision-making and purchasing process.
Use in-depth knowledge of industry trends to consult and support prospective customers.
- Participate in product management, identifying markets, assisting with the creation of marketing requirements, and bringing customer perspective to product development teams.
- Work with Marketing Manager in the development of marketing initiatives which might include website management, press releases, brochures, attending industry events, speaking, etc.
Identify proper services to showcase in pre-marketing activities and shows.
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Team player with strong interpersonal/communication skills.
Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with customers.
- 2-3 years as an AM in financial institutions, experience in working with enterprises.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing customers.
- Ability to hold your own in meetings with C-suite representatives from prospective partners and speak as a thought-leader and visionary in the learning space.
- Outstanding ability to collaborate, understand, and empathize with others.
- Ability to develop, manage, and communicate information in a clear and organized manner, including managing cross-functional relationships to ensure clarity of requirements.
- Huge plus if you haveAbility to organize and summarize technical and marketing information for a technical audience.
Technical knowledge sufficient to act as initial liaison between internal experts and customer or prospect.
**Salary**: Php32,000.00 per month
