DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Run errands for the Company Deliver letters/correspondence forms, contracts, proposals, billings and other related official business documents to clientsCollect check payments and issue official receipts to clientsPick up official documents from clientsDeliver check payments to suppliers, banks and governing entitiesDeliver/file documents to government agencies such as:- DOLE- Bureau of Immigration- BIR- Local Municipality- SEC- DTI- SSS, Philhealth, PagibigFacilitate payment of monthly remittances of company and clients to banks and all other government agenciesCoordinate with HR the Daily Itinerary Report (DIR)/Official Business (OB) FormOther related functions:Monitors and maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the office Perform general office or clerical work such as filing materials, operating duplicating machines, or running errands. REQUIREMENTS:Messengerial experience preferred but not requiredFamiliar with Metro Manila area
