CMG Retail Group, a House of Brands, is looking for a Merchandising Supervisor who will focus on handling our CMG brand.


A Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for: Achieving brand sales target and profitability Providing sufficient and right merchandise mix for each store Monitoring merchandise movements and depletion of aging & damaged items Maintaining and identifying good and potential suppliers Analyzing and recommending trends based on market research and competition Developing products and acquisition Accomplishing reports on top-selling & non-moving items, inventory count, aging merchandise, merchandise sales status, merchandise mix ratio, saleable color, and style & price point analysis Supporting the merchandising team in executing merchandise processes – selection, visual display, stock allocation, distribution, inventory, sales & inventory analysis Distributing merchandise transfer orders in a properly and orderly manner to the stores If you… Are organized and detail-oriented Business-minded Love to analyze data and solve problems Like working on excel spreadsheets Are numerically inclined Enjoy working with a team Are driven, committed, and can work well under pressure Enjoy multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment Have a strong interest in fashion retail Then this is the job for you!
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any Four-Year course, preferably Business Administration, Management, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or any related course Minimum of 2-3years experience in retail merchandising Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Good knowledge in retail operations and business trends
