Job Description:
An integral part of the Love, Bonito value chain, the Merchandising team is responsible for keeping our customers constantly excited and satisfied with the most relevant and trendy assortment. You will largely be responsible to perform deep dive analysis on all inventory related matters to support day to day trading decisions as well as wider business process changes. Reporting directly into the Merchandising Manager and Country Head, you will help shape the future and success of Love, Bonito within the country through this exhilarating phase.
Main Responsibilities: Determine monthly, quarterly and yearly Open-To-Buy (OTB) aligning them with financial targets. Forecast order quantity of merchandise mix by category, class and size upon obtaining OTB budget to ensure optimum volume orders and maximum sell-through. Develop pricing guidelines for existing and new range up to category level. Analyse & set minimum and maximum quantity to be optimally distributed to two trading platforms in Indonesia (online and retail) . Monitor key performance indicators on revenue, profitability, and stock levels. KPIs include sell-through rate, inventory cover, profit margin, stock intake, revenue, and markdowns. Generate and analyse reports to identify slow moving and top selling stocks. Performs sub-category analysis and recommends action plans for slow moving products. Optimize the use of online and retail reports and identify potential opportunities for strategic growth of the business. Recommend optimal retail prices to Overseas Partners/Franchisees for core, new developments to balance margin, growth, brand equity and competitor positioning. Propose monthly, quarterly and yearly Open-To-Buy (OTB) aligning them with the overall company’s financial targets. Recommend merchandise planning mix and forecast quantities by categories for consideration. Minimum Qualifications:

An ability to think & work strategically and systematically. Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out-of-the-box with solutions that are scalable, sustainable, yet cost-efficient. A self-starter who’s proactive and has hands-on approach. Get it done right and fast! Strong project management, multitasking, and execution abilities. Strong communication skills to inspire and influence internal stakeholders (HQ or Markets). A performance-driven attitude and thirst for constant improvement through continuous optimisation and refinement. A fun, energetic, and charismatic personality. 2+ years of relevant work experience. Preferred industry in retail fashion, beauty, or e-commerce. Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Netsuite, or other related systems. Highly proficient in Excel.
