• Overseeing the marketing, branding, and promotion of the company's products
• Monitor and evaluate retail sales performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Analyze customer buying trends and implement changes to improve customer loyalty
• Source new products, negotiate terms with suppliers, and manage inventory
• Create promotional campaigns and develop pricing strategies
• Develop and manage budgets for merchandising operations
• Monitor customer feedback and respond to queries in a timely manner
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field
• At least with 2 years experience as Merchandising Head, Merchandising Manager or related role.
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of market trends
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• An ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably living in Metro Manila
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm
with one Saturday (every last Saturday of the month)
SALARY
Php 35,000 - Php 40,000
