• Coordinates or communicates with the Brands' respective principals with regards to minor details (follow-up on products, order status, marketing materials, etc.)
• Recommends and implements pricing for products (new arrivals or markdowns)
• Collates sales reports for evaluation, analysis and recommends plan of action:
a. new products monitoring
b.
Product analysis
c. Sell-through
d. Sales per store
• Prepares information and data needed for ordering products
• Monitors orders placed and coordinates with the various departments on deliveries
• Helps organize market and product research to improve product releases accepted by consumers
• Works with the Sales Team to understand and analyze retail trend, product movement, for better ordering and maximization of products
• Prepares samples, product catalogues and other paraphernalia needed by Sales Dept.
• Conducts market visits to the stores to check on sales feedback per store, merchandising, market trend, and competitive activities.
Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or equivalent
• At least two (2) years of working experience in retail marketing or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Has good attention to details and organizational skills
• Customer-oriented, Strategic thinker and with strong work ethics
• With strong interpersonal skills
• With a personality that thrives in a fast-paced and exciting work environment
