A Merchandise Planning Officer is responsible for managing the inventory levels of products across all our stores to achieve the best product mix for our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Determine the best product mix and quantity per store based on sales, targets, and budgets.
- Analyze gaps in product offering and make suggestions to Japan.
- Work with the VM team for product launches.
- Handling merchandise aging and clearance
**Qualification**
- At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field (RETAIL) is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): communication, analytical, organizational, detailed
