**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same capacity exposed in Vertical Construction
- Advise the Project Manager of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progress
- Review the contractor's construction schedule during the progress of site works with regard to MEPF services and report to the Project Manager on the same
- Manage the daily operations of the MEPF Team
- Prepares and submits necessary reports and documents required by the Management
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Highly analytical & organized, decisive & possesses strong planning skills
