- **Proper disposal of processed specimen beyond its storage period**:
- **Follows all laboratory safety protocols and reports any possible hazards to the Laboratory Manager**:
- **Accuracy and efficiency with which all assignments are completed**:
- **Shows willingness to assist other laboratory personnel when requested**:
- **Capable of performing a variety of tasks within the scope of job duties**:
- **Has initiative to learn and achieve the goal of the department**
