Job Title: Part-Time Scheduling and Patient Information Agent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) * (1:00 AM to 5:00 AM Manila Time) About Us: We are a prominent healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to our patients. We are seeking a part-time agent to join our team and help maintain our high standards of service. Scheduling Appointments: Scheduling Appointments: Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately. Confirm appointment details with patients and handle cancellations and rescheduling as needed. Obtaining Patient Information: Collect and update patient information accurately. Ensure all patient records are kept confidential and up-to-date. Managing Patient Inquiries: Handle patient inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and helpful information. Perform basic call triage to direct patients to the appropriate department or resource. Requirements Excellent communication skills. Strong multitasking abilities. Effective time management skills. Proficiency in basic call triage. Good English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish. Experience with medical software or patient management systems.
