Medical Coordinator

Manage appointment of patients for screening, surgeries and other procedures to be done with the patient.

Coordinate with the sales agent to make sure that patients are reminded of their scheduled appointment.

Acts as liaison between patients, sales team and doctors to ensure proper coordination of appointments.

Directly coordinating with the call center team regarding scheduled patients

Make strategies in order to promote and offer products or services to patients, clients and customer through internal sales and marketing strategies (e.g. corporate presentation, up selling, among others.)
