Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise or general support in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating and resolving all types of appeals and grievances. Communicates with appropriate parties issues, implications and decisions. Analyzes and identifies trends for appeals and grievances.
Primary Responsibilities:

Hired talent will undergo academy for Medical Coding Certification for a period of time and will be deployed to a Medical Coding team after.

Required Qualifications:
Medical Allied Course Graduate with Medical Coding experience
No Medical Coding certification required
Must be willing to work onsite
Extensive work experience within own function
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferably with working internet connection of at least 15 mbps in case of working from home. The following options are also available:
– Corporate internet subsidy for those within available and valid serviceable locations, subject to Company Policy
– Onsite work for those who are amenable to drive or commute to our office locations
