Mechanical Technician (1 Year Project In Davao)

Job Description:
The Mechanical Technician is responsible for the optimal operation and running conditions of machines and mechanical equipment to ensure the efficiency of the generating units and its auxiliaries.


Conducts regular preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Troubleshoots defective machinery or mechanical equipment. Identifies causes and extent of malfunctions and implements corrective repair or recommends replacement.

Monitors the availability of spare parts to ensure continuing operations.

Trains workers on the correct use of machinery and mechanical equipment.

Documents maintenance and repair activities.

Complies with the company policies on health, good housekeeping, safety and environment.

Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a power plant or heavy industry. Technical Training on Machinery and Mechanical Equipment. Accreditation as Mechanic preferred.
