Job Description
One point of contact for all training requirements across the region.

Responsible for running training programs in Singapore and the balance of the 5 countries.

Responsibilities

Align on Intel requirements

Content creation and customization
Identifying training needs
Facilitate train the trainer
Train and coach 1:1, including B2B2B/C
Oversee group training and events
Create training calendar for all job roles and at all job grades
Functionally responsible for trainers in the countries

Skills/Experience:
Degree or equally relevant qualification in sales/business/ education / training

+5 years’ experience in training
High performer, good communicator, enterprising, responsive, results orientated, fast paced, inquisitive
Technology savvy
Train the trainer certification
Proven content creation abilities
