Job Responsibilities: Process and update employee data based on information from HR.
Process and update supplier data based on cases created in CMT
Assist with continuous cleansing and enrichment of employee data
Assist and regular monitor the correctness of data
Provide support to the organisation in questions related to employee data
Specific Duties:Employee creation/update/deactivation
Based on request check that all information needed is available to perform the change in both SAP and IFS.
Create/Update employee data in SAP and IFS based on the request.
Check if any transactional data need to be changed in accordance to employee change. If in doubt take contact to business to clarify.
Support the business with data relevant questions.
Monitor the quality of employee data and assist in clean up tasks. Support projects depending on employee data.
Supplier Creation/Update
Using the Case Management Tool in IFS, checks if all information provided by requester matches what is required and updates all other fields accordingly in order to migrate the data at a later stage. All other data (i.e. bank details) that needs to be validated with external websites and/or calling suppliers are also done prior to migration of data in IFS
Ensures that information provided in the CMT is not a duplicate otherwise, Master Data Maintainer will approach the requester to check if there is still a need to create or update supplier
Migrates and creates supplier based on provided information and ensures that all data are maintained correctly.
Supplier Extension/Reactivation/Deactivation
Extends existing suppliers to companies that are not yet linked to enable supplier to be used for Request for Quotations or Purchase Orders
Deactivates suppliers in the system to block/ban use in the system or to prevent payments/invoices from coming in for processing
Reactivate suppliers for reuse after they have been previously blocked in the system
Monitors the list of suppliers that are deactivated or kept as one-time supplier and regularly check if existing POs or invoices for supplier are already closed

Qualifications:A graduate BBA/Engineering with computer knowledge
At least 1 year experience in master data maintenance preferable within employee and supplier data
Experience in working with/in ERP systems preferably SAP
Experience in understanding, supporting and troubleshooting general master data issues
Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholders management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio and other MS related applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
