About the Role This role supports the Strategy and Customer Segments Head in planning, leading, organizing, controlling direction, and implementing strategies and initiatives to acquire new customers, improve bank partner penetration and customer persistency, and maximize the customer lifetime value of the mass market segment portfolio.
The Mass market segment includes: Overseas Filipinos and their beneficiaries, Middle Market, Mass Market, and Core Mass.
The segment owner is responsible for: The ability of the distribution channels to cater to its customers and bank partners Ensuring that product and service offerings are relevant Maintaining all needed and provided support at optimal levels Roles and Responsibilities Construct segment initiatives and activities, including recommending product concepts and developing packaging/positioning materials for the segment Ensure an optimal number of relevant and quality leads for sales channels to meet monthly and annual targets Coordinate and collaborate with appropriate BPI AIA and AIA PH units to ensure task delivery Develop and implement client and distribution engagement activities for the segment Liaise with Bank segment team and bancassurance team for program and activity alignment Monitor, analyze, and recommend actions based on segment production performance Manage special projects aimed at improving business development processes Perform other duties as assigned by superiors from time to time Minimum Job Requirements Education: Graduate of any 4-year college course, preferably from a reputable university Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Training in the life insurance/bancassurance industry; banking experience is an advantage Certifications/licenses: MBA and/or FLMI is an advantage Special skills: Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), presentation, relationship management, events management, project management skills; working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); creativity Build a career with us as we help our customers and community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
