Job summary:
- Conduct store visits to assess current competitive environment and contrive necessary action plans to promote brand.
- Attainment of sales target of the assigned brand
- Increase in sales versus last year of the assigned brand
- Gross Profit
- Attainment of gross profit target of the assigned brand
- Increase in sales versus last year of the assigned brand
- Marketing & Product Management
- Attainment of promotion objectives
- Increase in market share measured through Sales Ranking Report and other possible sources of credible data
- Maintenance of ideal inventory level of the assigned brand as set by upper management whilst upholding or observing the desired number of SKUs needed to ensure sales and GP attainment
- Management Reporting
- Timely accomplishment of required reports and documents
- Submission, analysis and presentation of other pertinent reports as required by the PMMD Head
Job requirements:
- Graduate of Marketing, Economics, Psychology or any business course
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Knowledgeable in Pivot
- Can successfully work in a diverse environment and can effectively communicate with different levels of people within and outside organization
- Analytical and can confidently present in front of a crowd
- One (1) year experience in the field of sales and marketing is preferred but not required
