Marketing Specialist

**Job Title**:Marketing Specialist

**Location**:Pasig City

**Work Arrangement **:Temporary WFH until further notice / Permanent Night Shift

**Salary and Perks**:

- Monthly Basic Pay: Php 45,000 - Php 55,000
- Monthly Rice Allowance: Php 1,500
- Monthly Meal Allowance: Php 1,000 (to be added on the 4th month)
- HMO on the 1st day.
2 dependents upon regularization

- 20% Night Differential

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g.
product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in marketing
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g.
Salesforce), and content management systems
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently

**Salary**: Up to Php55,000.00 per month
