Champion of relationship-building activities in the assigned cluster and support for Off premise revenue
center (delivery, catering and bulk order).
- Identifies, builds and manages partnerships and marketing programs that drive incremental demand, source new revenue and supports business strategies for the assigned cluster and revenue center.
- Supports the Marketing Department for LSM as lead in assigned cluster's relationship-building program and
makes sure that all programs are executed and implemented properly.
- Conducts training and roll outs on behalf of the Marketing Department for revenue center assigned.
- Conducts and analyzes market research of local retailing trade areas to identify problems and opportunities for branch growth.
- Monitors product availability and recommends action plans to address the problem in terms of needed support program and materials.
- Communicates with branches (Company Owned and Franchised) through the Store Manager regarding cascaded plans and all other marketing aspects.
- At least 2-3 years in Food Service/Retail handling LSM (Officer Level)
- Required skill(s): excellent written and oral communication skills, highly flexible and can work under pressure and should be highly organized, negotiation skills, decision making and problem solving skills.

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
