This role is the primary interface between the product marketing and sales groups in the factory, and the manufacturing/operations groups at contract manufacturers of production Eagle Test systems.Support the fast-paced order fulfilment group for Teradyne’s successful Eagle Product Line. You will work in Cebu, supporting teams at different physical sites in different time zones. This full time, permanent role is gratifying and on-demand. Teradyne employees in multiple functions at different physical sites will be counting on you to help them get their job done, often on a deadline.This individual will be responsible for collecting, producing and presenting requests for a variety of information such as:New system quotes and orders:
Pricing development for new products with Engineering, Demand Management, and Marketing
Product Structure development for new products with Engineering, Demand Management, and Marketing
Book Product Upgrade Program (PUP) sales orders
Help track product orders for the global services group
Help track product upgrade orders when asked by sales
Books all inter-site (Eagle Buffalo Grove, Plexus Penang, Teradyne Cebu, and Teradyne Japan) inventory transfer orders for operations and tracks shipments
Prepares sales quotes for appropriate sales engineers and manager with quick turnaround to customer.
Maintains solid relationships with Engineering, Demand Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations by handling their questions and concerns in a timely manner
Performs data entry and uses various software programs.
Troubleshoot problems that occur between multiple functions at multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Extensive Syspro and / or Oracle 11i experience. Syspro is the de facto ERP system for Eagle product
MS Office Suite: Word, PPT, Excel expertise
Lotus Notes email and database previous experience
Previous experience advocating for customers in the factory environment
Effective communication with international teams with broad range level of abstraction and management skills including off-hours conference calls as needed.
Strong quantitative and qualitative problem solving skillsWith minimum 2-5 years of previous marketing/sales experience either in product or service marketing along with demonstrated leadership
Preferably engineering/business graduate or equivalent
