We are looking for a skilled Marketing & Social Media Specialist that has strong interpersonal, sales, and communication skills that would help us generate leads and grow our client base.
Your Responsibilities as a Marketing & Social Media Specialist:

- Promoting the client's existing brand in different social media platforms - Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok (soon)
- Producing great content that would resonate well with the customers/ potential customers

Or target audience
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, and identifying market trends, that would help in generating more leads and potential clients for the company.
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

**Requirements**:
To be a Marketing & Social Media Specialist:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administrations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in marketing/social media or similar role
- Excellent skills in Copywriting and great content creation skills is a must
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to write persuasive and Interest-generating materials.
- Well experienced in using Canva and knows how to create output presentably
- SEO experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Experience of devising successful marketing plans, implementing them, and evaluating their success.
- Proactive and has the drive to create initiatives and share ideas
- The ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Can work independently with little to no supervisor
- Out-of-the-box thinker
