Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager who is also in the Philippines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct marketing research and present idea weekly
Using LinkedIn Premium Account & Signal Hire Platform – list building of potential candidates.
For each recruitment campaign, you are required to find the contact details of the highly suitable candidates.
You need to present potential candidates per day from different recruitment campaigns.
Assisting the Recruitment Manager to contact and monitor the headhunted profiles.
A few outbound calls and SMS to reach out to the candidates.
