He / She specializes in Digital content management and communications deployment.
He/she will help manage and develop the online presence of our client portfolio which involves the planning, creation, deployment, and reporting of online content as well as online community management resulting in both Sales and Engagement.
- The Marketing Officer will coordinate with the Marketing Manager, Other departments in the company, and partner Digital Agencies for the execution of Online and Offline strategies.
- He/ She must be able to increase brand awareness through social media marketing tools with compelling content.
Lead, create and manage the Digital Agency and On-ground partners for both social media activity calendar and content.
- His / Her function is not limited to coordination of photo and video shoot activities, and the creation of content for the company and other departments.
He / She must create new and innovative industry-specific social media campaigns.
And translate into On-ground branded activities.
He / She must work with the Marketing Manager, Graphic Artist, other company departments, and Digital Agencies and lead them to conceptualize, develop and produce Digital / Online and On-ground / Offline materials.
- He / She must measure and report social media analytics.
Analyze actual vs. Online KPIs and will recommend at the moment plans and programs to increase leads and Sales.
**Responsibilities**:
Content and Community Management
- Champion for Website and Social Media Accounts
- Point person of Digital Agencies on lead/guide in the creation of the content calendar and execution across social channels
- Ensure that content is up to date on the latest trends and best practices in the market
- Conceptualization of new, creative, and highly engaging static and video content to grow our Website, FB, L, and YT audiences
- Community Management in coordination with other company departments

Campaign and Promo Management
- Ideation and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns and activities in coordination with the Marketing Manager
- Coordination with the graphic artist in creating key visuals needed for all promotions and has a keen eye for details and design
- Schedule all call to action and notifications to push promos

Events/Sponsorships/Press Release
- Overall Account Manager of affiliate Partnerships
- Identify opportunities and develop relationships with external partners
- Build the Digital Magazine, Digital Newspaper, Influencer, and Media database of the brand in coordination with the Marketing Manager
- Analyzing and developing potential strategic affiliate partnerships, company partnerships, and press partnerships with the team

Corporate Social Responsibility
- Strategize and execute the loyalty program with the Marketing Manager
- Ensure that CSR pushes are executed according to plan: Mailer, SMS, and then turn around for Content material

Assistant Function/Other Responsibilities
- Research and introduce newer marketing channels and tools to connect with the target market
- Perform market research with the Marketing Manager to identify new opportunities to increase leads and loyalty
- Monitors and analyzes competitors' activities and the market, and market trends
- Tracking promotional, partnerships, blogs, and organic social media performance and delivering post-mortem reports to improve content performance
- Other marketing tasks as deemed by the Marketing Manager
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing results
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers and ensure they deliver according to brief and budget

**Qualifications**:

- At least four years (4) years of job-related experience in Media, Digital Solutions, Media Agencies, Content Platforms
- Proven work experience in brand marketing, campaign management, and performance marketing
- Experience in user acquisition media planning across online and offline media
- Knowledge in key areas of Marketing (Social Media, Content Marketing, Partnerships)
- Strong experience with marketing project and campaign management, including data analysis, interpretation, design, implementation, and report writing.
- Highly creative problem solver with a focus on results
- Experience Performance and Experiential Marketing
- Excellent Eye for detail, time management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- A commitment to equal opportunities
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable in Using the Internet, Google (Search), Google Meets, Google Chats, Zoom
- Active in Social Media, Understands SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other online channels (more than Shopee, Lazada, Etc.)
- Experience in B2B marketing and leads generation is a plus
- Experience collaborating with the Sales team
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing different projects
- Ability to coordinate with Third-Party / external agencies as needed
