The job of an **Marketing Officer** **(Account Associate)** is to build and maintain relationships with acquired accounts.
Some of the daily tasks include responding to inquiries, addressing account-related concerns, and others.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct complete and accurate training of providers to ensure understanding of services contracted by Payors and Merchants (if required) - this includes actual visit to the accounts
- Complete and submit an Account Orientation report after the actual visit and other reports that the client may require, e.g., incident reports, payment details, minutes
- Ensure that concerns raised during provider orientation, monthly meeting and visits will be properly coordinated to the concerned internal/external department/employee
- Send advisories or letters designed for Service Providers for new Payor implementations and ensure that such documents are acknowledged and understood
- Regular collection of official documents and receipts from assigned accounts
- Closely liaise between all Account Associates
- Timely submission of all weekly reports
- Perform other duties as specified by senior officers and/or immediate superiors
**Job Qualifications**:
- Graduate of a 4-year degree course.
Business and IT background is an advantage.
- Can close deals during business negotiations.
- Confident in dealing with middle and top management
- With above average oral and written communication, interpersonal relations and sales negotiation skills.
- Must possess high level of professionalism, integrity and has pleasing personality
- Detail oriented
- People oriented, willing to travel and learn new ideas
- Persistent, flexible and a team player
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
**Salary**: Php14,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
