Duties & Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains a favourable public image of the company and its brand(s) through message development, social media content creation, media outreach and the standard use of company logos and trademarks.
Manages and orchestrates all internal and external communications aimed at creating favourable point of view among stakeholders
Manages company social media accounts
Develops and updates company profiles and brochures
Leads, plans and coordinates with other concerned Departments on all External Company Events and Sponsorships
Handles Public Relations for the company including, but not limited to, the Swinenovation Learning Center. Coordinates with media partners when necessary.
Publicizes and disseminates Press Releases and other PR materials about the company to partners and stakeholders
Develops, implements and executes marketing campaigns such as print media, web, social media, broadcast, and others
Develops marketing and promotional materials and manages the use thereof
Develops, recommends and monitors successful implementation of timely Sales Promotions, Partner and/Customer incentives programs, and the like
Taps and engages expertise of a third-party Ad or Marketing agency when necessary.
Performs other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
Minimum Requirement:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 2 years experience in the field of Marketing, Merchandising and/or Advertisement
Proficient with photo editing softwares
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Excellent organizational skills and with ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
With good diplomacy and Management Proficiency
