Marketing Officer

Responsible for increasing the company's market share and strengthening the store brand and corporate image with the end goal of increasing sales and profitability. Identifies business opportunities and implements strategies. Maintains existing partnership tie ups and develops new strategies to expand business markets and increase sales. Performs regular market research and analysis to include customer trends and competition updates. Sets annual sales targets/budgets and recommends marketing plan to achieve set goals. Responsible in developing and implementing marketing plans. Responsible in executing, reviewing and evaluating marketing programs for local store and system-wide use. Conceptualize and oversee design of Marketing Business collaterals and materials. Responsible for the online marketing strategy of the organization. Plan and execute Digital Marketing Campaigns and Designs, maintain and supply content for the organizations'sdigital platforms. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive and audience research. Optimize all social media platforms of the company. Manager and edit content and ensure accurate and timely publishing of materials. Strategize and execute paid media ads and campaigns. Closely coordinate witht different departments to maximize digital platforms as a strategy to communicate not only brands, but also sales, promotional and customer service. Be in the know of the best practices of in digital marketing. Updates the management with the latest trends and innovations in the digital marketing.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Excellent Verbal and Written Communications Skills
