RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan and oversee all digital marketing strategies, ensure that the company hits quarterly web traffic, engagement and metric requirements for revenue. Implement marketing strategies across a wide variety of marketing channels, including but not limited to (1) digital marketing - social media, online ads, (2) content - video, advertorial, press-releases, (3) outdoor marketing - billboard, (4) tri-media and events - trade shows, car shows, etc. Plan and oversee strategies necessary to obtain relevant B2C goals (web traffic growth, onsite user engagement, brand familiarity). Plan and oversee strategies necessary to obtain relevant B2B goals (sales growth, customer engagement, customer loyalty, etc.). Audit all marketing activities to ensure that all executions comply with the company's style guide and brand persona. Conduct competitive benchmarking, focused group discussions, and other activities to relay relevant information from stakeholders back to the company. Liaise with SEO consultants and other third parties in line with the execution of specific company goals. Minimum Qualifications:
Must be proficient in both written and spoken English. At least 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience. Excellent communication and people skills Demonstratable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, social media, email, and other campaigns. Strong analytical mindset, and data-driven thinking. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices in marketing.
