Marketing Head

Manage all marketing functions such as brand marketing, relationship marketing, and market-oriented businessDevelop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s marketing goalsDeploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to executionCreate and implement marketing policies in the company.Develop and manage marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreachParticipate in the development of new project proposals.Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendorsMeasure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goalsCandidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Communication or any related field.Minimum of at least 10 years of working experience in Real Estate industryMinimum of at least 5 years of working experience as Marketing ManagerProven skills in Marketing and Branding ManagementExcellent oral and written communication skillsSuperior presentation skills, sound monitoring, and control
