Our Marketing Director will oversee and lead the omni-channel seasonal marketing strategy, planning and execution for Sodarizer.
This person ensures that the big brand and product ideas are brought to life across all major brand touchpoints.
This person must be both strategic and creative, translating business objectives into marketing initiatives.
A successful Marketing Director will execute meaningful campaigns that help deliver brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive traffic and conversion.
This person should not be afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the weeds of execution.
To successfully own this role, our Marketing Director must have an understanding of marketing channels and how they work together.
This person treats campaigns and communications with a 360-view, managing everything from ideation to execution.
This person would be responsible for key brand partnerships including strategic planning and execution to achieve our business and brand goals.
Who you are:

- 2+ years brand marketing strategy and integrated marketing experience with consumer brand and/or marketing agency.
Ecommerce experience is a plus.
- Experience developing and maintaining an omni-channel go-to-market strategy and calendar across all channels (digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail)
- Excellent brand marketing strategy development and execution experience and skills with proven track record of driving strong business results.
Consumer research experience is helpful as well
- Ability to translate product, trend and merchandising information/strategies into marketing messages that support the overall brand and business objectives.
- Experience with influencers, social, partnership activations, in store marketing—and able to adapt to new, innovative channels as they become available.
- Desire to build a brand and aptitude for original, creative ideas; open-minded to new approaches.
- Strong promotional/traffic-driving ideation/concepting skills.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams.
- Solutions first, creative problem solver.
Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated.
- Experience with creative development and effectively briefing in and working with creative teams.
- Strong project management skills, including demonstrated track record in managing marketing calendars and integrated campaigns, coordinating with all stakeholders to deliver results (creative, merchandising, inventory, ecommerce, stores).
- Comfortable with operating in a fast-paced environment with entrepreneurial spirit and dealing with ambiguity.
